Terms of Service
Consulting Services, On-Site $120.00/hr.
Consulting Services, Remote $85.00/hr.
Multimedia Production (Video editing, Website design, Flash/Interactive graphics)
Approximate initial project cost: $220.00
+ Rate per hour of editing/authoring time $85.00/hr.
Recompile for alternative media (Internet, CD, VHS, DVD) $85.00/hr.
Additional media copies: $8.00/ea.
Consulting is an appointment based service.
Emergency service, defined as service without an appointment or service outside our normal business hours, is billed at an additional $35/hr.
Hourly rates are subject to change without notice.
Schools, libraries, and non-profit organizations apply for reduced rates.
The minimum possible invoice total is 1hr. for any service; consulting time is accounted for by the whole hour.
Travel time from our offices to any customer site outside of Lake County, IL is billed at $20/hr.
Appointments canceled without 24 hours notice are assessed a $30 cancellation fee.
Any parking or building access fees encountered will be added to the invoice total.
Shipping and Handling charges cannot be refunded.
All invoices must be paid in full within 15 days of print date.
An additional fee of $2.00 will be assessed to send an invoice or statement via postal mail.
People Technology reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time.

The agreements below apply to all work performed.
Any work performed at your premises or invoice payment indicates your acceptance of these terms.
